HISTORY/MARKS: Remy Delinieres and P. Guery established a pottery in the 1860’s in Limoges, France. This also has the gold decorator mark #3 used 1900-1930's. This makes the circa for this item to be 1900-1914.

The designer of the decoration was most talented. The overall quality of the design is quite professional. The garlands consist of red & yellow flowers with their green leaves. All of this is very daintily outlined in black.
