Please refer to my pictures for condition and measurements. This was an estate find. I am selling this as is because many of the pages are folded over and sealed inside the book. It appears to be every other page throughout the entire book. I have noticed this with some antique books, and I did not attempt to separate the pages. There are 2 leaves pressed upfront inside the book. It did leave leaf marks on the page. I’m leaving them with the book for this is how I obtained it. You may also see some pencil writing inside, along with discoloration, small tears, and other age-related wear. The hardcover exterior shows wear and marks as well. Sold as is.
