Unit has been tested and reset with a Windows 11 Pro installed. Unit originally came with a Windows 8 license. Keyboard, headphone jack, touchpad, wifi, camera, & USB ports all work well. Front hand rest has a lot of wear and even some cracks in the plastic.. Comes with both hard drive caddies inside the case too. Battery is no good and needs to be replaced but power cord is included. Outer shell has general wear like scuffs/ scratches. The CD rom has not been tested. Please look at the pictures as this is the laptop you will be getting.
