Limited Edition Seiko Watch, 455/1000. Works fine, has wear on it from being worn. Main watch unit is in better shape than the bracelet. Bracelet has no extra links. I myself am not the original owner, and I always wore it with a third party strap as it was a little tight on me (my wrist was around 7 3/4 last I remember).
