Suit was washed and air dried so it'll come ready to wear. There's some faint marks on the front, see 9th photo. Overall it's in very good condition, no seam issues and zipper works great. I'm not sure if it's mens or womens. I think women's and I'd say you need to be under 120lbs to wear it and 5'7" or less but this is just my guess.
