This model is a reissue of the 1967 mahogany Flying V. A 2004 Gibson Flying V '67 Reissue has just arrived. The original Flying V debuted in 1958 but was produced in very limited numbers. The Flying V's design, with its scooped-out area beneath the bridge, results in tighter low end and more pronounced mids and highs.
eBay
It features a Mahogany body, a one-piece Mahogany neck with a volute, Grover Rotomatic machine heads with "Spade" buttons, and a custom bridge. Truss Rod Cover: White 70s Flying V, 3-ply, with Epiphone Logo in Gold Hotstamp.

The hard case is also decorated with decorations derived from "Arthur's Music", showing the depth of the artist's respect for the piece. This is a book that I can't stop being interested in. The black 4Ply pickguard was said to have been installed on only 10 of the small number produced in 1958, and I feel that it has a very nice design as a small but signature model.

It's not going to be cheap.
